try to scream.

there's no sound.

thoughts fill my head.

I fall to the ground.

you're voice, it screeches.

I can't run away.

I see your face.

Very effective in emotion. I have a thing for short poems, simplicity can be the most powerful thing in the world. ;) There's a sense of helplessness, which works well with the image your trying to convey. Also, I love the fact that even though the poem it titled 'drowning' you don't feel the need to be literal with your words. Good read and nice flow :) I await your next piece!
