Only when you are there

Only when you are there

A Poem by Throwing Romeo

poetry lives inside
solitary moments
sculpted by the
winds of creation

pure oxygen...

like lofted breath of
waterfalls blowing
back your hair

wind stiring tall grasses
rippling rings within shores
of lonely medows

cumulus faces briefly
gazing down as they
drift into obscurity

cyprious trees
reaching out
in the form of
yesterday's breeze
as the sand dunes
pass the granular
shape of time

Yes...

poetry lives within
solitary moments
sculpted by the
winds of creation

but...

only when
you are there

Love the entire piece but the ending gave me chills...perfectly stated and crafted. Thanks for sharing

I love the vivid images of nature and the repetition of first and last....poetry lives in our moments when we feel the energy to create...and that can be anywhere that touches our soul...beautiful writing!
