Vixen

Vixen

A Poem by Project Mayhem
"

As much as I hate that a lot of my poems are about a girl and depression, I like what I write sometimes

"
Street lights turn into gas
Inhale the smoke from them
Her silhouette I see
But can't obtain her form
It's a dream not to be true
But to have the name appear

It rages into me
I don't know what it is
To make me sad

I feel dressed in her scent
The red eyes deceive
Insomnia takes a toll
When it's on my bed
It feels like an ink stain never goes away
It stays and bleeds through sheets

It rages into me
I don't know what it is
Why it keeps me sad

I choke every time
In riddles that I speak
I really need a sigh

Her eyes feel like suicide

This is absolutely brilliant. I am usually not one for pessismistic works, but this was amazing. So my good writer, I stand up in applause to you. I do hope you keep up the good work.

God, that is beautiful work. I find alot of my work is about depression and a guy as well. Sometimes it seems our best work comes when we are in pain. It was breathtaking. Don't stop writing! Great job!

About
I write music and lyrics and some my poems are prototypes for the songs I want to write. Some poems are short and sometimes vague but, I've always liked songs/poems that are dense and vague where it m.. more..
