A Future With Her

A Future With Her

A Poem by White Noise
"

Absolutely terrible depiction of meeting that one that will forever love you. My words never achieved my original intent for the song's meaning.

"
How should I start it you were all that and all that there ever was.
Appeal appalling, got me stalling and wondering if this is love.
Never thought that I'd get stoned by the eyes of this Medusa.
There's no denying she is buying my every attention.
I'm not declining her deciding to brighten all that I see.
And I've been floating, you've injected some more blood into the stream.
Now I am hoping for something, you could bring anything.
But I guess that means that I work for her, 'cause she works for me.
She's my customer, I give her what she needs.

Author's Note

White Noise
Please criticize my inability to retain flow while attempting to force rhyme schemes.
I posted this because I knew it wasn't an example of my best, it's actually pretty terrible compared to other things I've done. I want my worst to be good so that my best is unforgettable. Please give me tips on how to build appropriate metaphors, stay on topic, and get in depth about the message. Or anything else, thanks.
