Kisses

Kisses

A Poem by Peaches

Some kisses are soft like butterfly wings
They tickle the edges of your lips
Soft kisses that remind you
Of the very first kiss shy and full of wonder
And take your breath away

Some kisses are warm like the sun
They are gentle and comfortable
Like sipping Iced Lemonade
On the porch on a summers day
And make you feel so good

Some kisses are sweet and sticky
Like a candy apple
Sliding right down inside of you
Making you feel light and free
And remind you of youth

And then there are kisses...
They take you back ten years
Make your knees quiver
And your stomach turn to jelly
Your heart pounds and you only wish
The kiss would go on forever
Whispering do you remember?

I remember...

Yes, do that again...

About
I've been writing forever it seems. I don't remember exactly when I began but by the time I was eight I had started a collection. I have even got some of those poems and stories still tucked away, to .. more..
