In his Eyes

In his Eyes

A Poem by WhereItResides
"

In his eyes, I see my demise.

"

In His Eyes

In his eyes I see rage,

No longer locked in a cage.

In his eyes I see hate,

No longer can he wait.

In his eyes I see lies,

He doesn’t want to sever the ties.

In his eyes I see sorrow,

It will still be there tomorrow.

In his eyes I see hell,

Trapped in a shell.

In his eyes,

I see my demise.
