Listen/Another Way (PLEASE READ MY, "NOTE FOR REVIEWERS" FIRST.)

My description is down below in the note for reviewers. The description didn't want to fit. So, PLEASE read the note for reviewers first. Thank you. (:

"Listen":

Hi,....

   This isn't my real letter...this is my tease. I'm working on it...so this please. I'm the poet this time; and I like the rhymes. 

...Frankly, I'm saying it's my feelings and my style.

Enjoy. ~

Listen. Listen well.

I'm falling deeper down the wishing well.

When I want, I get hell.

When I need, ....I'm in a shell.

                                                         ...Looks like I fell.

;Most of all, looks like I failed,

And I'm trapped and I'm jailed.

Honestly...

I'm chasing a chaser.

I myself am a spoiled chaser...

I dread the moment when I have to face her,

I'll be gone, and I won't be able to erase her.

Dreadfully...

I like the sin.

I like what could've been...

And when my heart starts to dim...I sing my feelings like a hymn.

Just listen... 

                Listen well.

"Another Way":

I wish you were mine. 

I wish I could show you that all of us aren't the same.

I wish I could take you by the hand,

And show you another way.

Another way to deal with this pain,

I wish I could show you how to forget. And how to forgive.

Your hurt I can feel,

I can hear you yell,

I can see your tears on my face.

I know you're falling,

And maybe you won't be able to pick yourself up.

All I know is,

That even the strongest have failed.

You say you're trapped, 

and you're jailed,

But someday you'll come out of that grave.

I want you to know,

I have your back.

Calls I answer,

Messages I reply,

And if you need a shoulder, you can cry.

I don't really know what to say.

Maybe because I'm the same.

Chasing a chaser,

Feeling like a waste,

You're everything.

In your eyes, I'm not the same.

But I accept what we are,

I'm here to stay,

I'm not going to walk away.

I already forgot, and forgave.

This time I'm not going away.

..I hope you're okay.

I really wish I could show you another way,

Another way to deal with pain.

I see you're falling,

But even the strongest have failed.

..Even the strongest have fallen.

You'll get there in time.

Author's Note

Well, Hi..

Listen/Another Way is a two part poem.

The first part, "Listen", is a letter from a friend. I guess he didn't have much to say, so he decided to write a poem. It's about his ex. He's really into it.

He's still working on giving me a letter though. He better. Ha.

While reading this, I felt his pain.

And so, I decided to write him a poem back.

But there was a slight problem, I had feelings towards him. So, of course, I took out a few parts, and rearranged some stuff, but here's the real poem. "Another Way".

It's too bad we aren't currently on good terms.
