Don't Waste Your Time To Stick Around

Why do you speak is there's nothing to say?

I've already forgiven your mistakes. There's no need to give me your sorrows.

I've already forgotten the past, so why stick around?

Time is short.

So don't give any of it to me. 

Instead, just walk away. Try even running away from me.

Please don't ever turn back. 

Because I'd be gone. This life has nothing left for me.

So again I ask,

Why stick around?

Time is short.

So don't give any of it to me.

Don't you see?

I have nothing to say.

I have nothing to see.

I no longer can stand on my own two feet.

I'm trying to make you understand. That there's nothing left here for me.

But you keep trying to hold onto me. 

Let go of me.

Why do you stick around?

Time is short. 

So I'm begging you not to waste any of it on me.

I've lost my mind. And control.

I'm no longer myself.

No. Don't try bringing me back.

You're gonna fail at that. I'm sure of it.

I no longer want to breathe. Don't you understand?

Why can't you see that I'm high? 

On misery?

Why do you still try to stick around? 

Time is really short. 

So I'm begging you again,

And again,

To please...Don't waste any of your time on me.

This piece has so many emotional connections to my life as well.. I loved reading this for it's powerful words. This poem made me realize a few things about myself as well believe it or not.. At some point of my life I had convinced myself that life was not worth living for, but now the feeling seems mutual.

Please keep living and hoping for the very best in life.. Trust me your someone who needs to keep living ;)

Such an emotional piece :)
I know you may not believe it but I know that deep inside of you there is something that keeps you going- your life is worth living dear, even if it may not seem it. If you can't see anything beautiful about yourself- I ask of you- look a little closer, dig deeper because you have something inside of you that kept you going, and that little spark that kept you going- kept you going for a reason.
