Three Words

Those three words that you have said mess with my head,

Trying to breath,

Trying to live without the beat of my heart,

...How did I come this far?

Three words,

Three words simply destroyed my life,

They make me who I am right now,

It leaves me alive & dead at the same time,

Traps me in this place of abuse,

..& complications,

..How'd you do it?

How'd you make me disturbingly attached to you?

Stuck with your voice in my head,

With your smile on my face,

With your gorgeous laugh in my throat,

Every blink you take blinds me,

Every breath takes mine away,

..How am I still alive?

You took everything away,

The day you walked away,

..Leaving me miserable inside,

I tried to commit suicide three dozen times,

...But It never worked,

I was too scared to leave you hurt,

But now I know you were really never scared,

 To lose someone who cared..

Mistakes are made when I apologize for something I didn't do,

Depression comes back every time I make you leave,

..And I wind up missing you,

Sleepless nights take the time to over-think things,

...That include the one person..

..I swear would die for...

All that I'm trying to explain to you right now is that...

I'm simply in love with you!

But you'll never catch on,

& even if you did,

It's slim that you'll ever give me one chance,

I don't understand this..

I'm trying to make it all clear,

..How did you do this?

Three words destroyed my life,

I don't know why,

Three words,

Three words took everything away,

...I swear you are my life...

How did three words make things this way?
