Waves

Waves

A Poem by Whales

I lost everything,

The trees are black with hate and fear.

Everyone slips on the rugs

Sued.

I didn't move it though.

Safety pins,

How ironic.

The word "safety" and words similar.

It all deals with perspective of the mind.

Everyone I know, "oh, weed is natural it won’t hurt me!"

I say back, "Ya know what else is natural?

Bears. Bears are natural."

Except you, I can't pinpoint it,

The whales are blocking my vision.

But I see you, with all my blurred vision and deaf ears,

I still see you clearly.

I wonder why.
