Have my Day

Reap the day away from me

but you will never have the night

I will not live on your time anymore

the night is mine and I wish you could see

everything I am doing 

the feeling will be sitting in the bottom of your useless gut

and now you know how it feels

I will wade through lovers

all offering a heart in hand

I will shatter them, they will

lie broken on the floor

I wish it were that easy

with memories of you

the night is mine and I enjoy

every man and every boy

and slowly they will spit out

the filth you injected me with

I will end at the gates of new heart

finally I have arrived

its been a long time and

I feel dirty for hating the cold bars

once upon a time

To my new love

your ears lie telling me of you

but you've got it all wrong

I do not wish to take you from your day

when I have been robbed of mine

lets share the night together

and plucker the lips to skin and back

it never been like this

I shall never return to the day
