You guys, I know I don't normally talk about politics but what's happening is f*****g unbelievable. Protesters have emerged in clots and undeniable crowds all over the Arabian Peninsuela. And now the country that I have thought as most peaceful locally and globally, Saudi Arabia is planning a crowd of protests through Facebook and it's gonna get ugly.

The Arabs are not only demanding the freedom to choose their ruler and rules in their own country but ALSO are demanding the disperssion of Israel so that the Palestian teritorry would become one piece of land. The last time I checked groups concerned with the Israeli-Palestini conflict, there were only like two opposing groups, one named something like: No to Israel, and the other is like: No to Palestine. and each claiming that the other started their groups so this was just a defensive response. Now I enter facebook and there's like TEN f*****g groups demanding the withdrawal of Israel from the Palestini lands. and the total numbers of the participants in all groups has reached around 1570 people!!

We Arabs lack order and organization in many aspects of our lives including demanding freedom! I mean in just one month millions and millions got up and marched the streets going like: 'No, we're not happy...' What the f**k..? This is just crazy...And I'm scared as f**k. Of all the things I feared in my life I just never imagined feeling insecure in my own land so soon. I'm scared for our real freedom, I'm scared of Israel's reaction to all of this, I know this country would just run into America's arms crying and yelling something about the Arabs being barbaric and planning to threaten its 'peaceful' tranquil Israeliti...or whatever that is. I'm scared for my family.

I'm scared for the good rulers that are going down for the wrong reasons. I'm scared for the remaining security around here...and most of all I'm scared of the Western intervention especially coming from the wise-a*s oil sucking government of the USA, and its following accomplices in Western Europe. Because after Obama's warnings, which was something similar to the Bush-Iraq warning, I just can't shake this feeling that a great tragic war in the name of selfishness and power is going to sweep the Middle Eastern Part of the Earth...

God, keep us safe amongst our family and beloved here. Do not let us scatter in panic and walk careful not to step into puddles of war blood. Ameen...

My opinion is that the people should be given what they want. If they feel so strongly about everything there is a very good reason why. I'm not up to date on all the reasons i only hear bits on the radio and i dont read papers coz im sick of the way my own country{Ireland} is run and all our other problems. I can sense serious unease in the world at the moment, somethings coming...and its big. World War 3 is not an answer. I can only imagine your fear for yours and your families safety i hope you are all kept safe and that everything works out the way it should.Maybe you could write updates on whats going on to educate the rest of us that dont really know.

i'm not exactly the most up to date on middle eastern things, but i do remember that there were supposed to be peace talks between israel and palestine late last year? what happened to that? i suppose that went out the door when people decided to start trying to overthrow their governments

frankly, the USA has done way too much in the middle east over the past fifty or sixty years. it's high time we leave the area alone, as we've done nothing but make it worse for you all. i hope this all doesn't escalate too far, and frankly i wish our government would figure out when to leave well enough alone. we have so many problems here in the US we need to fix. Rising unemployment rates, health care, etc. we need to focus on our own problems and stay out of other's business. unfortunately, in this country, we only think we have some say in what goes on. ultimately, the government does what they want. however, i will pray my way for the safety of you and all those that could be caught in the crossfire

i just could not but come back here for this is a story that the whole world is talking about..
i am sorry ..but i cant but wonder why this double standard way of looking at things ..
in Iran when there are one day demonstration ,all the west will stand against the violence towards the people uprise
now looking at the Libyans ,19 day there are standing against a very brutal regeme ,and a crazy dictator
already they lost about 9 thousands deaths and who knows how many injured and very little comments from the west
is the Arab blood that cheap..i am really sorry to see people looking with two sided visions at things
these poor libyans just got fed up with the treatment they feel, for 40 years this crazy dictator
who bombed the Lukarby airoplane over Scotland,or did the West forgot, and the french plane and many
other attacks, now all forgotten ,for now the crazy guy is a friend of the west..thats not right
do you know they kill his own people with planes and artillary ,he imports fighters from africa and many other countries
and my friend you say you are alarmed..i am not all i care is those poor people get their freedom
and let whatever happens there after, its qiute ok for me..he may hit them with a nuclear, still they will prevail,i am sure..

yes its scary my friend but its beautiful just the same..
those people in Egypt ,Tonisia and last of Libya, the did not choose otherwise ,
they had to choose between everlasting death, and time to rise up again and live again
i have many stories here i said all this before ,it was a pressure building up and now exploded
you can never blame them for desiring a clean healthy life,no mater what the consequences would be
last week i was on emergency call when demonstrators pushed into the local governate of Mosul
i could have got killed so easy because they were so angry they burnt down everything, still i dont blame them
i was scared like hell,ha ha,but still i was happy people want to take things again back to their own hands
they dont want to be controlled by a bunch of thieves and murderers and parasites..freedom is so beautiful even if it gets ugly on the way still its so bright and hopeful..thats why i could not be more happy no mater what the outcome is..and they are so strong like they never have been before
lovely write..

We just need to let the Middle East take care of itself. We made this mess and we need to let the people decide what is right for them.

The Middle East is a very old culture. They need to fix their own problem. What they did in Iran last year made me proud. One woman death awoke a whole country to demonstrate. USA need to back away. Allow the people to decide their life and way of life. Not strangers who are far away and know little. A powerful poem with a true story. Thank you.

Your totally right, intervention from other countrys will only make things worse, espeicially if theres oil involved, the US and even the UK governments will just be in it to benefit fo themselves, what the hell will that solve i ask?

It's a routine actually. It happens every 30 years or so in those countries...i'll explain.

I think that you are probably right. I would be very surprised if it doesn't get very, very ugly.
