Don't force a smile, if you're not having fun.

 

Don't spread your wings, if you're pleased on the ground.

 

If the night feels serene, don't burn in the sun.

And, hun, what's done is done.

 

Drop the regrets,
Don't over do,

 

Just be content,
That you're being you.

I think that you could bring out a bit more if you removed the commas in the first two lines. But honestly this is an amazing poem. One of your best, if I do say so myself. Nice job, my friend. Definitely going into my library.
