Blindfold

I can't see with all my three eyes..

 

 

 

 

 

BlindFold

 

 

My fingers caressed the sheets and smooth strings of unplugged earphones.

 

My toes touched the marble floor, clean and cooled by the air conditioner.

 

I spun but not for long.

 

My arms stretched like a shield, or branches of a bare tree.

 

Everytime I flinched thinking I had reached the mirror, it was only the air in the black.

 

If I could only find the lamp table,

And pick up the book with the blue edges and a snarling wolf in the snow.

 

Wearing irksome fabric over my eyes, I would know its pages.

 

My fingers sensed warmth, creases, and pillows lined with silver beads, time-eaten, and half-drowned in tides of  the messy green covers.

 

I was back to the bed frame again.

the work reminded me of someone that i always caught looking at me with his third eye, his vision was clouded by judgment and negativity, i closed my eyes a lot so that i couldn't see that he was looking

vision isn't only granted to those who have ascended the baser and earthly plane

I get swayed by other's emotions very easily, and it's only when I'm distanced from these people that I would be able to think clearly for myself, and realize I have been affected by their energy or wave of thoughts. I am not sure if I can be described as an empath, but it is not easy for me to spend time with a versified crowd of people. Thank you so much for the link! I learned alot today. there are tips for protecting yourself, grounding, time outdoors, drinking lots of water, taking a bath to rid yourself of the remains of each days negativity
