Cold Coffee

Cold Coffee

A Poem by Andrew Watson
"

I tried something sort of new. Not morbid at all for once. I don't really like it, but I decided to upload it anyway.

"

Too much on his shoulders
He takes a sip of nearly-molded coffee
Hoping it will take off a few heavy boulders
Co-dependence is as oxygen
No time to think of himself highly
No telling when he'll get the time to shower again

No time to make fresh coffee
No time to make it sweeter
The world will not stop moving
And it continues to get more bitter

Cold coffee
Cold coffee
Cold personalities
Cold intentions
Use him
He needs more cold coffee

A's and B's
He's a real a*s-kisser
Employer of the month
He only aims to please

Give him some direction
He can't think for himself
His name is Steve
But you can call him MegaSlave 5,000

Dark bags under his eyes
He needs a break
But he never tries
His life might suck
But he never cries

Still living with Mommy and Daddy
His "friends" and evil
And his girlfriend's a fatty
She's a real honey
She uses all his money
Mommy and Daddy just b***h and complain
He takes it all and somehow stays sane

Cold coffee
Cold coffee
Cold personalities
Cold intentions
Use him
He needs more cold coffee
