With Me

A poem about a certain someone and I. I very much love this person, and wished to show her the world. To adventure to fantastic places.

Come lady, sweet and wondrous,

Walk with me to worlds unknown,

Shall nights eat us up, and when,

A crimson sun and sky is shown

Come friend, kind and sweet,

Hold my hand, grasping tight,

Our fingers, fitting perfectly,

Like how the stars blend into night

Come darling, do not forget,

The times we spent alone, at peace,

Shed our masks, open our hearts,

And love the soul that lies beneath

Come love, what's there to lose,

We've both a troubled, fettered mind,

I'll smile again when the day arrives,

Where you'll be here, not in my mind
