Disfruto mioA Poem by Antonio Soler
Please read this while listening to Carla Morrison's disfruto (a song for which this was inspired by)
Tonight I drink, and while the thought of you emerges; my demons plague me with worry and doubt. It also pleases me to render thought of you, a midst this silence, amongst these four light blue walls. I give them right of passage because it is my own sense of beating the loneliness as they keep me company. During the doubt, the silence is wicked. More so during the silence the thought of you is stronger making me feel as if distance is an illusion, a measuring of effort for which I am readily willing to close the gap if it means to be granted the time you so lack. Tonight I drink, While the thought of you emerges, my demons praise me for my efforts in you, to the point where it pleases them to convey desire of thought and vision of what is plausible, A life with you. Amidst the daily chaos outside of those four light blue walls they stand guard. Awaiting that agreement to be made after the holidays where sight will have you closer. In the mean time, we've enjoyed her company so much this far and we are looking forward to the vision's we've developed to soon arrive in my reality.
