Delightful

DELIGHTFUL is the word she used

it touched me " in particular, because

we were talking about my children.

And the word itself hit so very RIGHT,

in the way I feel about them,

that I was amazed, that I hadn’t used it,

hadn’t thought of it, hadn’t perused it,

but felt it as if I had,

because of the way

it simply rolled right off my tongue...
