For You

For You

A Poem by Warrick
"

One of June's Recollections; 2009.

"

I want to show you...
...If I could...
So many things...

How quiet the vast plains could be
Nearing dusk when the sun is close to sleep
When the colors smear across the sky
How beautiful, that scene -
Reflected in your eyes

The cool touch of the breeze
Through the swaying arms of trees
Drifting down along your skin...
And would you smile as the skies bruised?
Darkened to night
And the stars, scatter bright -
Would you... .. .?

I want to show you...
...If I could...
So many things...
And if you need me...
I'll be right here, waiting...
For you...
