**Silence the Guns, Congo**

In Congo’s heart, where rivers gleam,
Let’s silence guns and chase our dream.
War has brought such pain and woe,
Our children’s future, we bestow.

Our land, so rich with nature’s grace,
Minerals vast, in every place.
Diamonds, gold beneath our feet,
Can lift us high, a world elite.

But war has bound our dreams in chains,
Turning beauty into pains.
The West grows wealthy from our strife,
While Congo’s people fight for life.

Oh Congo dear, where rivers flow,
Remember our anthem, let it show.
In peace and unity, we stand,
To build and heal this cherished land.

In fields of green, in skies so blue,
Our hopes and dreams can all come true.
Economies will thrive and bloom,
Peace will chase away the gloom.

From North to South, East to West,
In harmony, we’ll do our best.
Our nation strong, our future bright,
With love and peace, we’ll reach new height.

My brothers, sisters, heed the call,
Let’s build a future, one for all.
Apologies for past mistakes,
Together now, our hearts awake.

To mother dear, for tears you've wept,
To father strong, for nights unslept,
To siblings all, forgive the past,
In peace, our bonds will ever last.

Our culture rich, our talents vast,
In music, art, our legacy’s cast.
Lingala’s rhythm, far and wide,
With stars like Franco, Papa Wemba, who’ve shined with pride.

To freedom fighters, brave and true,
Your sacrifices, we renew.
Kimpa Vita, George Washington Williams,
Roger Casement, Andree Blouin’s.

You fought for peace, for justice’ sake,
Now see your land, its future’s stake.
In peace, we’ll honor your great deeds,
And build a land where all succeed.

Congo’s future, bright and true,
Lies in peace for me and you.
Let’s silence guns, embrace the calm,
And heal our land with loving balm.

With unity, let’s take a stand,
To build a prosperous and just land.
With God’s grace and our own hand,
Congo will be the richest land.

Rise, oh Congo, brave and free,
Defend our land, our destiny.
In peace we thrive, in love we grow,
Our nation’s strength, let the world know.
