Running Away

Running away isn't nearly as easy as they say

I've been stuck here my whole life

At first I was convinced it was a good thing

They tricked me...

Now I'm ready to go

they it is simply, just go

but money

family

the only life I've ever known

The more time that goes by

the more I don't care

not if these are the sacrifices I have to make

to find the real me

In reality

money can be borrowed and paid back

family will keep in touch

and my fears?

those will subside

They say running away is easy

It is not

but you must know this:

It is worth the sacrifice
