Hospital Flowers

Hospital Flowers

A Poem by A. V. Madison
"

I... Can't... Stop... The... Spew... Of... Writing...

"

Minutes embrace the hours

picking petals of hospital flowers

Broken corpse and wide reminding

Forbidden emotions no longer hiding

Air can't fill these lungs

as the remnants of her are coming undone

pictures of me fall off the walls

and crash down to hardwood halls

I don't want your

broken lullaby

I just need some place

for me to hide

tell me when this day is gone

because it goes on for much too long

minutes embrace the hours

picking petals of hospital flowers

My pleasure.
WOW! This one I really like. It seems that everything is falleing just likes flower petals. Sad, weird, awesome. A great complexity in this short poem. This rocks
