No Mistake Was Made In DecemberA Poem by A. V. MadisonBlatant disrespect for those who amuse themselves at my differences.Us as humans live in fear for the night ahead for our death so near
and as we stumble into our own wicked mind what appalls us most is what we find
am I too fat? is my hair too long? most people vent it out to a bookshelf-hidden bong.
But if I die tomorrow is this what I want to remember? thinking I'm a mistake that was born in the bleak of December?
Perhaps it is not I who has the problems just your poorly mistaken eye to me, I see no error with my limit being the sky.
So if I differ from your beliefs, and I am what I don't want to remember I assure you my rotten friend, there was no mistake made in December. © 2012 A. V. MadisonAuthor's Note
