Collusion

Collusion

A Poem by Jennifer Hopkins

We play in the powerful medium of words,
You and I.

Regarding the disregarded
Phrontistery of by-gone colloquies.

We are creatures of collusion,
You and I.

Forming forgotten verse
And reveling in its mystery.

We gnathonize with eloquence,
You and I.
And we play in the powerful medium of words
And verse.
