Fakery.

Fakery.

A Poem by Rebekah Smith
"

Penned on the 31:07:2013.

"
Simple smile;
Such a pretty mouth.
Eyes that beguile
Your beauty shines in routh.
Chartreuse eyes glitter,
Concealing the mystery
But beneath the mask it's bitter;
Your thoughts are stuck in history.
Every move is performed with subtle elegance
Form filled with easy grace,
But you cannot see your relevance,
Scars even time cannot erase.

The silent tears stream down your face,
Even they alight with grace,
Your ruined heart begins to race -
Yet the pretty mouth still smiles.
