HatredA Poem by Rebekah SmithAnother oldie: 25:10:2011. I have a folder, full, commencing on 2011 and extending to present day....so I hope you don't mind reading history.
It's the knife with which I shall slaughter you,
The noose by which you shall hang. The twisted side of my being That fights with claw & fang. Grotesque, my hatred burns - oh so bright! Clawing its way through my bloodstream, Seeping though every vein, every cell, Destroying the pure; I am tainted, obscene. I welcome the darkness - Swirling tendrils of black, Your soul is claimed, thrown to decay, From the bowels of hell there is no way back. Do you fear me? So you should: All morals have fled, I'm the destroyer of all that's good. Don't touch me, stay away from me; From me, you must eschew, This all consuming hatred lusts - And it's lusting after YOU. © 2016 Rebekah Smith |
