From WithinA Poem by Walker AndreasenAnother one of these that just started coming out. From Within
A
poem by Walker Andreasen
Beyond
the enormous gates of hell, the
boiling masses begin to swell. Writher,
writhe, slither free, from the
eternal depths of me.
Black
and cold, the ice of sin, comes
from deep, deep within. Torment,
torture, please not again, I want
to be free, I want to win.
Every
time the demons come, I try my
hardest to not succumb. Their
teasing and pleading, with
their forked tongues.
They beg
and plead for me to see, all the
'joys' of their 'fun'. I've
given in to many times before, I've see
their fun, but no more.
I shall
not succumb, this time I'll win, and lock
all my demons, deep within. © 2012 Walker AndreasenFeatured Review
