When you lose a friend that you can never get back. You will forever feel the lose and burn of what they left behind.

Left on the side

Swept away by the tide

I tried not to hide

You were the one that lied

The one that let our friendship die

We were friends

Let's make amends

But that always depends

On your end

We would climb all sky scraping trees

Fight the monster in the weeds

Tie together the  friendship beads

That’s all that we should need

We would stay up in the dark of night

Reading by the fire light

Dancing in the bright

Sleeping, bundled up tight

I was the one that was dissed

You are the one that is missed

What we had was a bliss

It will always be my wish

To never be put away like a dish
