Life is an uphill adventure Not a "bumpy" road It's more scary that that Picture this:
You're leaning forward As you continue to walk up This endless hill Your calves are burning And your breath Is fast and irragular Just like your heartbeat You want to stop You NEED to stop To rest and catch your breath But life doesn't stop Just for you You look up the hill And see the grass and trees Move with the light breeze As the sun shines But you know It can be a hurricane Any second You look behind And see blackness The ground you walked Crumbling into a dark abyss Behind you There's no turning back If you want to live The cement you stand on Start to crack So you move To see the ground Fall into the darkness It's no different With the sky The clouds The blue day Shatters like a mirror And falls into the blackness You have two choices To continue walking up To the unknown Or to fall Into the nothingness Which Will you chose?
Life is an uphill adventure It's more complicated than a "bumpy" road But we determine how steep we walk
Nice Nice Nice nice love the message you may want to reread for any errors but, it is very out spoken toward life and how you may see and wonderful job with your own little metaphors and example of life. Anyways well done and right, truthful as we the one who hold our lives can determine how steep we walk when it comes to life.
I have told people. We must take credit for our life. Our good and bad decisions allow us to be where we are today. I like your logic and examples in this poem. Thank you for the excellent poem.

I like and agree to this concept. Honestly, a walk like this would frighten the life out of me, haha. Its a great poem. Though I suggest you read it through and correct the typos.
