A world of chaos with one place of peace....and its with you

Somewhere underneath the storm

There’s a place where time stands still

Somewhere beneath the disturbed waves

            There is a place of peace

Somewhere in the blizzard

            There is a place of blissful warmth

Somewhere in this world of chaos

            There is a place where a frown is rare

Somewhere in my darkness

            There is a tiny ball of light

But all these places

These places of calmness

Wouldn’t exist if you were not in my life

 

With this love

Comes great misery

Knowing my heart’s desire

Will stay an empty dream

To see your eyes so alive

Makes me that much more dead inside

To know that my missing puzzle piece

Rests silently within you

Waiting to make me whole

But you’re blinded

And I’m simply wishing too much

So with this heavy heart

I shall continue through life… incomplete
