I Am

I Am

A Poem by Ian Faraway
"

Part of this is funny, just meant for amusement

"

I am someone to fear

I am one who knows no bounds

I am one who makes you bleed tears

I am your last moment’s sound

I am a warrior with only underwear

I am naked and waxed

I am who one who is not fair

I am one who carries the sword and axe

I am a figure that carries a golden shield

I am the one with a red cape

I am the last thing you see on the battle field

I am one who does not rape

I am one amongst a free society

I am one who buries your coffin

I am one who does not like reality

I am a Spartan

This poem was flawless when it comes to an english teachers point of view and as for the poem it self, it was nice. I would have never guessed who "I am" was until I get to the end "I am a Spartan" and everything you said was so true. Nicely done. It was creative.

It's good,however...."I am a warrior with only underwear
I am naked and waxed"

lol, doesn't exectly fit in the poem and doesn't remind me of a strong Spartan.
I don't know if you wanted to add some humar to the poem, but if you didn't,remive that line, otherwise the poem is good and does speak of someone who is scary, deadly and ruthless.

PS:oops! just saw you meant to,never mind =P
