Fifteen years after the launch of smartphones, and the phenomenon of mobilization has accelerated, most people in the world can find themselves processing apps on their smartphones, when, where, and what they do.

In the aftermath of this mobilization, the so-called 4th Industrial Revolution, in which the industry and everything in our society is intelligent and automated, is in full swing.

Scholars from around the world concluded that the future flow of the global economy is “the process by which the 4th Industrial Revolution is in full swing. “A key concept in the process was digital-physical integration”.

The development of digital devices and information and communication technologies (which serve as their infrastructure) has already begun during the 3rd industrial revolution. However, until this time, devices manufactured with analogue machine paradigms such as TVs, sound devices, and watches were digitally created and information exchange using independent information and communication devices such as computers was activated. In other words, at this time, digital was nothing more than an item “used individually” in human life.

This is where the 4th Industrial Revolution differs from the 3rd Industrial Revolution. This is because digital has no longer become independent, but rather integrated into human life. Although not visible, it fundamentally changes the way we live and integrates the digital and physical areas to create a new system.

The 4th Industrial revolution of digital-physical integration has started with the natural spread of the mobile devices, and it has accelerated by the Covid-19, the social-distancing campaign and the contact-less policy continues over a long period of time, it is becoming impossible to handle the things at the centre of the day and maintain the organization unless the company handles the many things and roles that people have had at work, school, and home, online with a program called Apps.

The pandemic phenomenon that has gripped the world at an unprecedented rate has made everyone aware of the need to use the app more effectively than any other social enlightenment movement or education policy, and it has become a situation where the company is pressing for more powerful use of the app in everyday life than the laws and public powers enacted by the state.

As a result, conservative people who dislike new literature, or vulnerable people who are afraid of change, inevitably experience the use of smartphones or applications. In this process, the world is now filling up very quickly, with people who were initially rejected, somewhat awkward, clumsy, but soon adapted and able to use them, and who soon found themselves accustomed to it.

Even if you’re stuck in a pandemic and start using one app, you can easily adapt, or if you’ve realized its practicality or effectiveness once, you’re still challenging the use of other app programs.

And when it comes to the professional activities and hobbies that he’s engaged in, he wants to apply the app, actively comes up with ideas, and actually promotes them. Some do not promote it earlier, but there is a significant increase in people within the organization who agree or approve work improvement plans using apps proposed by others.

Due to these recent experiences and changes in the times, the demand for app program development is exploding as the use and use of apps has spread significantly wide society. And it is said that the situation, which must be addressed by this surge, has reached a social threshold.

However, the traditional program development tools (1st Generation Command-Line Development, 2nd Generation Visual Based Development) such as C, Java, and HTML were too difficult and difficult to learn and use, and coding was a problem that made technology very lowly productive. So even if we were developing a simple app program, it was a reality that a lot of technical personnel would have to be put in for a long time, and we had to pay too much.

More seriously, this difficult coding technique does not have many people trying to learn, and the training process is long, so the number of developers available in reality is only less than 1% compared to the population in the most countries and reasons for 3rd Generation WEM No-Code Application Development Platform with Citizen Developers are the only way to solve all of the above problems.
