Back Before all this become so confusing.

 

When our Lives were Simple and Plain

where we lived it day by day

not year by year

Where we watched the Changing of the Seasons

and not our wrinkles in the mirror.

Before we know it

 

What we had is gone

and what we wanted is now Faded

A shell of what it once was

our feelings for each other are distant

and we don’t recognize each other anymore.
