Just contemplate

Just contemplate

A Poem by Voidless

Dragging one’s feet trying to dance
Looking, but never seeing
I’ve never wanted what I couldn’t have
But this, my worst enemies deserve.

I never stopped and asked myself why.
For every step feels more like a fumble
If it were easy, we would all have achieved it
Maybe everyone has but me

The mornings try to fill an endless hole.
The noon gives empty promises.
The evenings give you temporary pleasure,
Midnight is silent, as you contemplate. Just contemplate.
