A cold morning

Kaito in the loonerverse season four. Kaito is realizing how difficult it is to take care of humanoid balloons.

It was 7:20 am... all the vocaloids were asleep..gakupo was at work at the cafe. the other vocaloids didnt go to work til 9 am...kaito was curled in bed trying to stay warm....the small balloons under him squirm alittle....the larger ones were at the looner mansion,master katey was looking after them. kaito wraps his scarf around his mouth...it was so cold in the house...and even colder outside..... kaito felt the balloons rubbing against him on top. some of the balloon under him..were also cold..they began fussing...

kaito: shhhhhhh shhh shh shh... go back to sleep.....*groans tiredly* its so cold today •~• kaito got startled as he felt them trying to slide under his shirt....thier latex squeaked against his stomach* oy oy! are you guys that cold...? *sighs. he didnt wanna get out his spot...but he had to reposition himself* is my body warmth not enough little guys? *kaito checked the temperature on his phone * good god....44 degrees...no wonder we are cold.....alright come here....*kaito felt his pants move
ay! no! not in there. if you want to get warm ill turn the heater on... *kaito lifted up his body and moved his body off the balloons. he gathered them all up and lied them on top of him then placed his blue sherpa blanket back on* there....

kaito: *wrapped his arms around as many as he could and tried to go back to sleep...
they began squirming and fussing again tho after 5 mintues* h-huh whats wrong? *kaito remembered he had work today *sighs* this cant end well *groans* ...maybe if i keep the room warm enough.....*looks around for his heater and saw it on top of his dresser *sighs* i wonder if its a smart heater. alexa?? alexa!

his alexa device turns on

kaito: turn on the heater on high please. high warm please

alexa: okay turning on your heater

kaito: thank god for amazon...=w= *snuggled up with the balloons*

at 7:40 gakupo called him...

kaito:*got jolted awake..his ringtone made the balloons whine and started waking them up* ah no no no go back to sleep....*rubs them gently under his blanket. he grabbed his phone "moshi moshi?

gakupo: babe where are you theres already 10 customers here

kaito: the kids were cold and needed to be warmed up...they woke up because you called me..im trying to get back to sleep

gakupo: kaito i could really use you here today. you are the main attraction here

kaito: ye-yeah i know ill try and be there love you *hung up and sighs* well i cant take you with me.. theres way too many of you....i could take you to master katey but i dont wanna bother her shes already busy with the other ones....*continued to keep his arms wrapped around them. he felt them shiver in his arms* ...i need to make this room warmer i cant let you guys get sick. he slid his hand back and fourth over them...listening to the ear piercing squeaking as he tried to think of an idea...

he had had one but he knew they wouldnt like it * guys....stay here okay? im gonna move the heater to the night stand. kaito got up and placed them off him and under the blankets. he felt the warm air but it was distant. he went over to his dresser,picked up the heater then went back to the bed setting up the heater,plugging it in and turning it on* there....that should help you guys....i need to go to work. ill be back at five okay? *kaito went to walk out his room. some of the balloons changed to thier infant human forms curling up as they felt the warm heat.

kaito: *went to the bathroom and started to take a hot shower and wash his hair*
after 10 mintues he heard crying near the bathroom door. he sighed and slid back the shower curtain and put a towel around his waist. he opened the door...four of them rushed to him and hug his leg and lower body *

kaito: guys listen i have work today. we have been through this before... remember? a few days ago? master katey took care of you while was gone. *he sighs and pick them up holding them close to his chest * i gotta get back in the shower •~• *looks down at them* go join your other siblings. are you hungry? *they snuggle up in his arms* *kaito groans*

kaito: gakupo is gonna be so mad about this...but they dont seem to want to leave...*sighs* *kaito wnt back in the bathroom,dropped his towel and got back in the shower. he held them with one arm then with other free hand he pressed a button on the shower wall changing the water pressure to light. he got closer so the warm water got on them...he yawns and let his thoughts wander...the balloons start getting sleepy and relaxed as began to fall asleep

kaito: after 20 mintues of not moving he heard soft snoring. kaito did a sigh of relief "yokatta.....*thank goodness* *he turned the water off and got out..grabbed a towel and dried them. the loud high pitched squeaking rang in kaitos ears as he dried them. he went in the bedroom and very very slowly put them under the blanket with thier siblings* ill be back. i promise i just have to go to work... ill call master katey to check on you. kaito took a towel from closet,dried off and got dressed then kissed them a few time before he ran off to go to work.


when kaito arrived at work it was 9 am. he was very late...he explained to gakupo what happened...he wasnt pleased but he understood. kaito called master katey telling her he had left for work and to check up on the kids. as the day went by kaito missed his kids more and more... and could barley focus at work

*a customer was trying to get his attention. kaito was looking out the window spacing out. gakupo shook him alittle telling him to pay attention and to take the customers order

gakupo: babe whats wrong? you in la la land again? already thinking of what go do when you get home? its 3 pm.... we still got two hours left in our workshift

kaito: i just....miss the kids..*he looked out the window again*

gakupo: oh sweetie...they will be just fine....*went over to him nuzzling his face* master katey knows how to care of them....im sure they miss you too...just like they missed you yesterday...remember how they flew right in your arms? *laughs softly* knocked you right down...dont worry okay?

kaito couldnt help himself and called master katey. " okaa san? are the kids alright? have they been fed? ;-;"

katey: yes honey everything is fine..i took them to the looner mansion. they actully went back to sleep after i fed them...the larger ones too. having a full stomach gets them tired i guess. they are alright i promise❤

kaito: *smiles and sighs softly* alright then ill see you when i get home love you master

katey: love you too. dont work too hard " *hung up*

kaito: *slid the phone back in his pocket and sighs*

gakupo: *serving one of the customers* see? i told you they were alright...you need to stop worrying so much

kaito: i cant help it..especially with evil katey lurking around....

gakupo: katey will let us know when something comes up.

kaito: ....alright

kaito continued to work until his shift was over. he got in his car and drove home to the mansion. he unlocked the door and ran inside* master katey????

master katey: shh shh shh!!! they are sleeping... i gave them thier bath at four. they have been fed and cleaned. im sure they will be very happy knowing you are home❤

kaito: *sighs contently. he went in the master bedroom and walks over to them. he slowly got in bed with them and took a nap with them*

katey: *laughs softly* it amazes me to see you care so much about these guys...sleep well kaito. *turned on the nightlight and slightly closed the door*

kaito: *pulled one of giant red ones close to him and lightly kissed it* oyasumi.. ill eat dinner later tonight.....-.-zzz
