Four Strong

Four Strong

A Poem by ac4st3r

Flames slain but four fighters are still burning

Burning not quite like before

After difficult torments, the end seems like paradise

They stood together, never quite united

Right until the end, their story will sting;

Four strong smashed to silence, story unlike before

Shattering the chains that couldn't bind them

Flames flicker inside the four, their last days gone by

Four strong smashed to silence, scary unlike before

An unfamiliar battleground, they all fought alone

In a storm where dark hell reigns, but the sun shines brightly

Four strong smashed to silence, carry on like before

Lost in times not quite forgotten, gathering up within

The star that is falling through those blackening clouds

Find that star in a thousand lights in darkness

Flames slain but four fighters are still burning

Burning not quite like before

Four never truly reached the end and their paradise is

Not too far but a thousand miles away

Where everything that was wrong is right

Where north is south and the sun shines nightly

Where the moon and the stars rise in the west

Where bad memories exist but the past seems to brighten

And the death of four strong makes one stronger.
