To My Flower

To my little flower,
Let me start by sending my love. You are a welcome ray of sunlight in a world where I happily tread in the shadows. Unfortunately, some bad news has come up. I cannot speak for a small time, I promise it will not be long. I will be here, updating you and cheering you on. Do not think for even a second that I love you any less. When you feel doubt or fear, remember I am still here. When you worry and need someone, read my writings, I hope you find comfort in them. They are here for you both. If ever you need me, I am here. Keep growing, little flower. Break through the touch ground and reach for the sky above you. Reach for your goals and hold your head high. You will make it, and if ever you feel like giving up, look up at the night sky and watch the stars and the moon. Remember you have us both to support you, protect you, love you, and assist you.

I actually was attracted to your avatar.. I was walking my dog one night and I saw a stag that looked just like it.. what a delight to see your writing.. this one is a good place to begin.. it's a sweet piece.. almost childlike in it's delivery.. I enjoyed it very much..
