What I See After Life

What I See After Life

A Poem by Jennifer P.
"

This is written from the perspective of a person who died. This person speaks of what they're encountering and what they left behind.

"
I'm traveling through a new dimension
A portal that leads to the unknown.
As I go on, all fades into the midst of black and white.
Life after Death feels cold. I no longer travel in my flesh. It disintegrated with time.
The feeling is incredible
My soul, my spirit... is all I have left.
Peace at last.
But... I think of you.
The world is said to be meant for two
Yet, I have left you.
In the darkest shade the world never acknowledges.
The shade of,
Loneliness.
I'm Sorry.
