Leaves
A Poem by Vivaan
My dreams, hopes are like leaves blooming in spring but in autumn scattered, forgotten their only beauty in the final sigh that escapes when trampled upon.

Wow! Anyone who can convey so much angst in so little words is my hero! :)
No seriously, this poem stands out for its brevity. The leaf metaphor works out quite beautifully, especially in the lines "in the final... trampled upon." The poignancy in those lines is outstanding!
Keep up the good work; looking forward to reading more from you.
