Release Me (Poem Version)

Release Me (Poem Version)

A Poem by Cordell

I am lost inside your world
And I’ve never been there before
I don’t know how to escape

You keep on holding me
Your love won’t set me free
I’m in to deep I think it’s too late

I, I try to escape get a little break
But I get sucked back in a no win
situation
I need your air
I can not breathe
You’re always here
Inside me
I can’t breathe
I need to release
I love you too much
You’re apart of me

Dreams aren’t the same
Since you came in my frame
A picture for you and me

Thinking is complicated
Your pictures mandated
And it’s all I see

About
Been writing poetry since 1992! It was a project for high school and ever since I loved it! My poems tend to be more gothic, and about suicide and depression and the darkside of life. Sometimes there .. more..
