Simple steps

 Modern politics rarely resort to complex combinations of multiple steps that were so common for the diplomacy of middle ages. Nowadays politics use simple chess techniques - simple moves. First step - it is stated that there is a violating of human rights and democratic principles in some country. The second step - military force called "peacekeeping operations" is used against this country.
