Chapter 3: Troublesome Kids

Kim Ji-Hoon finished his conversation with his aunt and went to bed, slightly irritated from the conversation and from his concern for Saku Hana... The next day, he woke up for school and went through the same routine... but today... something surprising ended the day for him...

-Baddobōizu slowly made their way through the crowd of screaming fan girls

-Omoiagatta tries to ease their hyperness

"Come on, babes!! We need to go to the hangout! Why don't you just beat us there!!"

-Amai cries over the girls

"If you go then maybe we can try to sign autographs there after the show!!"

-Sugureta attempts to help the band get through as well

"Go to the hangout and we definately will give you a good show!!! But we need to get there to play!!"

-Kim Ji-Hoon just coldly shoulders past the girls

-Suddenly, everyone is silent when a scream is let out

"SAKU LOOK OUT!!!!"

-A scream of terror is let out

-A crash is heard, like something breaking into a million pieces

-Kim Ji-Hoon shoves through the crowd now to find out where the scream meant for Saku Hana came from

-When he finally makes it out, Kim Ji-Hoon sees Saku on the ground, next to her, a broken pile of what looked to be... clay flower pots?

-The crowd thins out and follows Ji-Hoon as he hurries over to Saku

-Helping Saku at the time are her two friends Irei and Goshippu

-Goshippu is dusting off Saku's clothes

"Saku, are you okay?!"

-Irei is checking for wounds

"Saku, did you get hurt?"

-Kim Ji-Hoon runs up to Saku

"Saku, what happened?!"

-Saku looks up to where the flower pot must have fallen

-Ji-Hoon follows her glare and almost misses two heads being pulled back from the window

-Saku snarls out

"You sons of... Come out here and face me like the freakin-"

-Ji-Hoon cuts off her threat before it can become any more inappropriate

"Saku, did you get hurt?!"

-Saku looks at him and growls

"Stop interacting with me!! You are gonna get me killed!!!"

-Ji-Hoon is confused

-The rest of his band come up to see to Saku

-Amai checks over her, lifting her arm, turning her face

"Did that flower pot hit you? Are you okay?"

-Omoiagatta chuckles

"Whoo, that would have been one hell of an accident!"

-Sugureta scoffs

"Its not like she wouldn't be able to live through that; she is one tough chick... even had the guts to slap Ji-Hoon..."

-Saku gently nudges the worried Amai away and comments to Baddobōizu

"I'm okay you guys... just stop... talking... or... making contact with me, before all of your fan girls -not just Kim Ji-Hoon's- comes after me as well..."

-Saku motions for Irei and Goshippu to follow her away

-Kim Ji-Hoon takes notice that her face healed up well, but she was still limping

 

Now knowing that it was a couple of his fan girls that tried to hurt Saku, Kim Ji-Hoon is feeling slightly guilty... as he and his band prepare for their gig, Kim Ji-Hoon gets a phone call...

-Ji-Hoon looks at the phone and considers letting it go to voicemail

-Omoiagatta looks at Ji-Hoon

"Answer it... could be important."

-Kim Ji-Hoon answers the phone

"Baddobōizu financer Kim Ji-Hoon, can I help you?

"Kim Ji-Hoon... where are you?"

-Kim Ji-Hoon closes his eyes, bites his lower lip, and stifles the urge to groan at the voice of his aunt

"Yoo Ji-Min... why are you calling?"

"Ji-Hoon you said you'd be home!! D****t, my flight leaves in an hour!"

-Ji-Hoon lets out a low growl... he totally forget that he had to take care of his 2 cousins...

"Ji-Min, can you come over to the local hangout? I have a gig right now and can't leave..."

"Aigoo, you troublesome... alright fine, but I need you to come out and collect them..."

"Alright I will..."

-Kim Ji-Hoon hangs up his phone and snarls

-Sugureta notices his anger

"Ji-Hoon, cool it, what is the matter?"

"My aunt called..."

-Amai sits down by the drum set

"Don't tell me you had to-"

"Yup, I have babysitting to do..."

-Omoiagatta groans

"You have to take care of those two brats? You didn't tell her to bring them here?"

-Kim Ji-Hoon doesn't answer, but plays a few strings on his guitar

-He suddenly thinks of Saku

 

"She wasn't so bad with them... she certainly didn't call them brats... AISH, I'm thinking about the Drama Queen again!!"

 

-Omoiagatta explodes

"Aw come on man!! You can't be serious!! You told her to bring them here?! We're gonna be here until at least 10!!"

-Kim Ji-Hoon yells back

"So what the hell would I tell my aunt to do?! She has to go to America in an hour!"

-The crowd is paying attention to their arguement

-Amai takes note of their audience

-He can definitely feel his annoyance level rising with the group's attitudes toward each other... it happens to be extremely feisty today

-He growls and takes control of the argument

"You guys! Lets get to playing! Its 3 now!"

-Before any could object, Amai sternly begins to play a song

-The others quickly fight to catch up to Amai

Baddobōizu get through two songs, before Ji-Hoon gets a call

-The others know what the phone call mean and Kim Ji-Hoon grimaces

-Kim Ji-Hoon makes a running escape to get out of the local hangout while the startled fan girls scream

-Outside, Kim Ji-Hoon is greeted by a slightly irritated aunt and his cousins

-Yoo Ji-Min growls at her nephew

"The least you coulda done was let me know!!"

-Kim Ji-Hoon bows

"I'm sorry... How long will you be gone again?"

"I really don't know... I was called on emergency notice... and I have to visit your mother too, so not only America, but Korea too..."

-Yoo Ji-Min bends down to hug her children

"You two be good and don't cause your Hyung any trouble..."

-Kim Ji-Hoon takes both children's hands and nods to his leaving aunt

 

Inside of the local hangout, Kim Ji-Hoon sets the children to sit down at a secluded table where no one would pay attention to them and where he can keep a close eye on them. He orders food and runs back to the stage... they still have to play until 8 and it was only 3:30 now... it would be a long night...

-Kim Ji-Hoon and the others were tired enough already... it was 5 o'clock now

-Ji-Hoon felt his energy draining already... but when he looked towards his cousins' table, his adrenaline went racing

-The two children were gone!

-Kim Ji-Hoon stopped singing... lost his voice from the shock... he had just checked them a few minutes ago

-Omoiagatta snarled from behind and Sugureta growled at the sudden stop

-The crowd they were performing for also began to question Kim Ji-Hoon's sudden failure to sing

-Amai was about to ask what was wrong when he too, realized the table with the missing children

-Amai urgently whispered

"Ji-Hoon! Where are they?!"

-Ji-Hoon looked back and shrugged his shoulders... he was panicking on the insde... but he kept cool and used the mic to call out for his cousins

"Um... Hong Hyun-Woo!! Kim Seo-Hyun!! Are you out there right now?!"

-Not long after calling out their names, the children came forward and jumped onto the stage as well

-They clung onto Ji-Hoon's legs and cried

"We're tired

"I want to go home!!"

-Kim Ji-Hoon's irritation was hitting the roof

"D****t, you two just gave Hyung/Oppa a heart attack!!!!!"

-The fan girls were all squealing

-Kim Ji-Hoon looked back at the band

"I have to take them home... we have to cut the gig short!"

-They others left their instruments and went over to Ji-Hoon

-Omoiagatta growled quietly

"Can't you do something? We're only gonna get paid like, $14 for tonight if we quit it now!"

-Sugureta offered a suggestion... a crappy one

"You could take them home and leave them there"

-Kim Ji-Hoon snarled

"You damn idiots! I can't just leave my cousins home alone, I need to take care of them!! Cause they aren't going to shut up here! Trust me, they are plenty trouble and I'd rather just cut this act short then get fired!!"

-Suddenly, the kids begin to mess with the guitars that were left on the ground

-Curiosity is their greatest trait!

-Omoiagatta races to save his guitar just as one of the strings snaps

"NOOOO!!!!! That cost me a fortune!!!"

-The kids run away and knock down the microphone

-When it falls, they take it and begin to sing

-Sugureta grabs the mic from the two and growls at Kim Ji-Hoon

"Do something, idiot!! They are causing so much trouble!!!"

-While Kim Ji-Hoon, Omoiagatta, and Sugureta try, and argue, about how to work things out, the crowd is watching, a mixture of laughter and awz over the children

-When Hong Hyun-Woo and Kim Seo-Hyun make their way to Amai's drum set, Amai takes control of the situation, quickly picking up Kim Seo-Hyun while Kim Ji-Hoon grabs Hong Hyun-Woo

-Amai glares at the three and quietly hisses at them over they're failure to act quickly and efficiently

"It takes a little bit of patience... no need to get worked up..."

-He quickly puts on an innocent/embarrassed smile on for the crowd and snatches the mic from Sugureta

-Before speaking, he comments to Ji-Hoon

"I'll help you with them... get them home..."

-Amai, taking full responsibility during the issue, begins using his cute, childish charms, to sweet talk the crowd and the manager of the whole hang out

"I'm sorry, but because of an important issue, lead vocalist and guitarist Kim Ji-Hoon cannot perform... neither can the drummer Amai -me- and the guitarist Omoiagatta... I apologize for this, but we cannot let Kim Ji-Hoon's cousins suffer like this... or ruin any more equipment..."

-Amai gives Kim Ji-Hoon a signal to use his popularity with the girls to get him out of trouble

-Kim Ji-Hoon takes the mic

"So we must cut this short... I am extremely sorry to the manager... but will you just let this issue slide... we'll work twice as hard next time. And, I know you fan girls understand me, right?"

-The girls squeal... a perfect signal that they understand

 

At Kim Ji-Hoon, Amai has helped with the two children, who are now asleep. Amai is talking to Kim Ji-Hoon now

"You know, they are just kids..."

"TROUBLESOME LITTLE-"

-Amai hushes Kim Ji-Hoon with a scolding

"Keep it down Ji-Hoon! And come on, I thought you could at least hold it together... You were a lot more snappy with Omoiagatta and Sugureta... you never let them get to you like this... unless... something was bothering you..."

-Ji-Hoon rubs his head and closes his eyes

"I have to babysit them for who knows how long, I can't believe I agreed to doing something I hate... and on top of that, I'm getting really worried for no reason at all!"

-Amai digs deeper, knowing exactly what is worrying Ji-Hoon

"Are you feeling guilty that it was your fan girls that almost hurt Saku?"

"Shut up Amai..."

"You seem really interested in her nowadays... actually... she is the first girl you ever took interest in... and the first to react differently to the way you drop girls..."

"Shut up Amai!!"

-Amai grins and lists her great traits

"She is really unique... Has guts... pretty, independant..."

-Kim Ji-Hoon puts him in a choke hold

"Don't you turn into a troublesome kid too!!!"

-Amai fights

"Alright!! But admit it first!!! You are interested in Saku!!!"

"You really are asking for a death wish!!"

"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow OW!!!! Okay!!! I give!!!"

Interesting how into Saku Kim Ji-Hoon is right?

And you see the serious side of Amai show up... he can be really... intimidating and serious if he wants to...
