love's SongstressA Poem by Amadi JudithA poetic lyric
Songstress calling, whisper till twitter.
Come on darling, let me love you. Dark is cold, night is thus bitter. Sunrise bitting, loveless morn till noon. Never eye the pub or light a litter My arms calling soon will be closing. Don't rest in her arms nor mind her teasers. Don't follow the sorcress nor eye the vixen. I am the sweet taste of the vine. And they are ale strong and vile I will be your minstrel. Sweet sound of song. They will be a noisy banging of drums. I am springs soft gentle kiss They are summer, hurting sting. © 2013 Amadi JudithAuthor's Note
