Paradise Ep. 36 (Wind Surfing/Really Kris?)

Kris: *Thinks* How about a little jam session? We'll take turns playing any of our own songs or our fav.'s from other artists & see if we can guess each others?

Nick: *Shrugs* Sounds fun. Who should start? 

Kris: *Pretends to pick himself, then points at him* You of course!

Nick: *Rolls eyes* If I must. *goes to the piano & plays a tune*

Kris: *Grins* Oh easy 1! Your fav. song hands down! Stevie Wonder's "Superstition." *picks up guitar & begins my turn*

Nick: *Giggles* Your version of Kayne West's "Heartless." *plays next 1*

Kris: *Closes 1 eye* Wait I ... I know this 1. Give me a sec ... *searches mind* Ah! Got it! Jonas Brothers "Hold On." *plays another 1*

Nick: *Gets it immediately* Your song" No Boundaries." *plays song*

Kris: *Smirks a bit* Beyonce's "Sweet Dreams." *gets an idea for the next 1*

Nick: *Bites lip* Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel." *plays the next 1*

Kris: *Points 1 right finger up* Oh oh! Owl City's "Vanilla Twilight." *next 1*

Nick: *Blushes* Ne-Yo's "Never Knew I Needed." *plays another tune*

Kris: Hmm. Tricky, but then again maybe not. Mariah Carey's "There's Got To Be A Way." *starts another 1*

Nick: *Heart beating fast* Leona Lewis' "I See You (Theme From Avatar)." *plays a news song*

Kris: *Closes both eyes/claps hands together* Earth, Wind, & Fire's "September." *another 1 & adds vocals* 

Nick: *Beginning to see a pattern in choice of songs* David Archuleta's "Crush." Kris ... is there a reason for choosing all these songs?

Kris: *Begins playing another 1 & still adding vocals/nods* 

Nick: *Stands* Jessica Simpson's "Irresistible." It think, we should do something else ... I know, how about wind surfing?

Kris: *Stops singing & playing* I'm in! *both get their gear & head to the water* 

~ Now 7PM & the sun is going down. They've wind surfed since finishing their game of guessing/plaing songs. And now they're just relaxing on the sand & sitting watching ~

Kris: *Stares in a trance* What a day, huh? I gotta say ... Nick, everyday here with you has been so much fun.

Nick: *Looks at him* Yeah great day. I've enjoyed hanging with you too Kris. 

Kris: *Grins* About what you said earlier Nick ... did you really mean it?

Nick: Yes I did. I think you should really just get out there & date. You shouldn't be settling for me, I'm too young. There is someone out there for you Kris, I feel it. 

Kris: *Unsure* I don't know, maybe your right. But I still really care deeply for you. 

Nick: *Looks down* Well please ... just give yourself a chance to find the right person. 

Kris: *Plays with Nick's curls* Your the only right person for me. 

Nick: *Sighs tiredly* Kris ... 

Kris: *Leans in to kiss his eyes, then nose, cheeks, lightly pecks his lips* Your so lovely, you know that?

Nick: *Blushes/leans away/looks towards the horizon* We missed the sunset Kris! *stands up, out of his embrace/begins to walk back to the house* Let's eat, okay?

Kris: *Surprised but quickly recovers/gets up & walks alongside him* Um yeah sure. What would you like tonight?

Nick: *Holds hands together behind my back* How about halibut?

Kris: Mmm. I like your thinking! That settles it, macadamia crusted halibut with freshly cut fruits & vegetables. And to drink ... coconut, pineapple, kiwi smoothies! 

Nick: *Giggles* You are a chef! Yeah all that sounds delightful. 

Kris: *Winks as I open the door for Nick to go in 1st* I try! I can't wait! 

~ Kris makes the dinner pretty fast. Nick tries to help, but Kris says that he doesn't want Nick straining, so instead he let him get the ingredients for the smoothie. Afterwards, he told Nick to relax. It's now 7:45 PM ~

Nick: *Turns on the TV/finds the channel on Disney & funny enough Joe & Demi Lovato's music video for "Make A Wave" is on/watches Joe dreamily* 

Kris: *Looks up & finishes setting the meals on the table/goes over to see Nick's face* Ah ... Joe & Demi's new vid. It's really great, I can't wait to see Oceans. You know Joe & Demi look & sound amazing together, I surprised those two didn't get married. 

Nick: *Eyes never leave Joe's face on the screen* It is his best video, he really outdid himself on the vocals & he really had fun being apart of it with Demi. Yeah I can't wait to see Oceans, I love movies about nature & animals. I agree Joe & Demi really sing it out when they're together. *pauses for a few sec.'s & waits for the end of the vid* Actually ... its funny you should mention that cause our parents & hers wanted them to be together too. But, Joe insisted that he only sees her as a BFF. And Demi feels the same, she calls Joe her BFF/brother, its really sweet.

Kris: *Pats Nick's head lightly* I see. Well still ... they make an excellent couple. Now Mr. Nick ... *gestures towards the table* your dinner awaits ...

Nick: *Turns to look at the display/sees a beautifully set candlelight dinner & a single red rose next to a name plate that says my name on side of the table/gets up slowly & walks towards it*

Kris: *Pulls Nick's chair out & seats him/sits on opposite side* Enjoy my friend ...

Nick: *Picks up silverware & takes a single bite of my meal/eyes widen* W-O-W.

Kris: *Smiles bubbly* Just the reaction I was looking for. I take that ... you like it?

Nick: *Eats & then swallows* Yea! Thank you, you ever think about doing this along with your singing?

Kris: *Bows head* Your very welcome Nick. I don't know ... maybe. I love both, so I hope so. And if you thought this was good, wait till you see dessert!

Nick: *Giggles* Yum. 

~ Together they slowly savor their meal & talk about things. Towards the end Kris serves the dessert ^^ ~

Kris: *Reveals the final touch to their excellent dinner* Walla! May I present ... Crème Brûlée à la mode, with a touch of mint & white chocolate strands for decoration.

Nick: *Claps happily* C' manifent Chef Kris! 

Kris: *Bows head cheerfully* Thank you Nick! *walks over to his side of the table/picks up a spoon & delicately lifts it to Nick's lips*

Nick: *Unsure about this, but opens mouth & takes a bite/swallows* Mmm, very good. *gives thumbs up sign*

Kris: *Laughs, tries to cover my mouth but still continues laughing*

Nick: *Confused* Is there something wrong? 

Kris: *Puts his spoon down & leans to lick his lips* Mmmm! VERY VERY GOOD! *pecks lips lightly* Sexily: You had ice cream on your lips.

Nick: *Looks away* 

Kris: *Gently lifts his chin to face me* Nick ... I think your too CUTE to be my friend.

Nick: *Blushes* Really Kris?

Kris: *Touches his cheeks softly* I do. And thats why I find it ... in incredibly hard to resist you.

Nick: *Gets serious* Please Kris ... just lets eat. No more of this, okay?

Kris: *Nods & returns to his chair* Sorry. Please continue to enjoy.
