Kissing constellations

Kissing constellations

A Story by Samantha ~virginpoet

She swears that stars were
supposed to collapse inwards
but hers begin with a supernova

She is stardust

leaving sweet bones
in her wake

A trail of poetic
destruction

Conceived
in verses

Answering
questions
with kisses

There is a hunger
in her freckled
constellations

Like spider webs
woven together
with golden thread

Like the wild flowers
she braids in her hair

She walks back-boned
and head held high

The strongest of
letters on a page

Left to rest in
your mouth

Hip deep and
double handed

We lay abstract
sketched into positions
that projected our desires

Written in the stars

Wrought and woven
by my words

Capture
enrapture
mixing splashes
of plasma

Eroticized
polarized
synthesized
energized

Vessels burst

Hearts

Stopped

Beating

and if I must die
let my name forever
burn on your lips

Cause

Your kissing

constellations
