Articulation

Articulation

A Poem by Samantha ~virginpoet

Her thoughts twinkled like stars
she delighted in the sight
of the skies

If only her arms
were long enough

to reach them and had
the
articulation
to speak them

Her pen could write

the notes of the universe

That gave her creations life

She could lasso heaven for you

She could make you forget
your troubled pulse

This poem is about poetry as if it were a woman and our ability as poets to get lost in that otherworldly zone of creation

This was inspired by Trish D. Who feels that she is a frigid writer that she has trouble opening up she sent me a poem to read and it is amazing she has yet to post it so when she does Please give it a read and review its brilliant and I love it and it inspired this :)

Let go Trish open up and be free your amazing!

This was lovely. It captures the ability words have to take your pain away; this is something I've discovered on several occasions.

how kind you are!...short arms hath man to reach to heaven, so eager is heaven to scoop him up. It is people like you that gives the idea of belonging a desirable goal. Thankyou so much.
