Who Am I

Who Am I

A Poem by Samantha ~virginpoet

Who am I

Do you even wanna know
if so here go's
but keep in mind
all is not said

I'm a poet

I'm of Irish and Native America descent
I'm a voluptuous
woman

Who I am

I'm a fighter
I'm a lover
I'm a leader
I'm an avid reader
I'm a child of God

Who am I

I'm the artistic type
I'm the girl next door
with the untapped naughty side
I am a watcher
I am a good judge of character
I'm the oldest of 7

Who am I

I'm optimistic most of the time
I am an Idealist
I'm a lover of nature

I'm a recipient of pain
I'm  a writer
I'm a connoisseur of words
I'm a metaphoric catalyst
a simile of a poet artistic manifestations
I'm a product of gods creation

Who I am

I'm a mother without a child

I'm a child without a mother
I'm a hopeless romantic
I am lonely
I am loyal

Who I am

I'm a virgin tired of being a virgin
I'm a poet with a powerful pen
I'm a carrier of pain
that I constantly try to hold deep within
until it quietly seeps from my misguided pen

Who am I

Am I a woman
you could love

Who am I

I'm poetry flowing in free verse

Who are you

Profound line.

Without too many words, you gave a pretty in-depth look of who you are. I love your capability to do so.

An introspective look at the person you believe yourself to be. I dug it. The world would probably be a better place if everyone took the time to write a poem like this. Some could spend a lifetime in front of a mirror without ever becoming self aware. You managed to do so while staring at what I presume to be a white page. Kudos to you. Maybe we aren't doomed...no I take that back.

Its always nice to see when someone actually knows, who they are.

I'd tell you if I knew.

Very Impressive!

.Nice self-presentation. Knowing all about the one inside is a delightful progression...hopefully.

Good work...!
