F**k me in Verses

F**k me in Verses

A Poem by Samantha ~virginpoet
"

wrote this back in 2007 it was posted back when a lot of poems were lost on this site :(

"
Touch me in verses
In lines,
breaks and spaces
In every comma
dots and dashes,
Think of me
in my barest
Then feel me deeply
with your mind
and senses...
Love me in verses
In haiku's,
quatrains
or sonnets
With a pen
and a sheet of paper
Open up
your mind,
heart
and soul
Something you've
never really
done before...
Or why don't you just
kiss me in verses?
Talk dirty to me
in free verses
or old fashion
prose
With your mind,
I want you to explore
what's in between
my legs
in an iambic
pentameter
Do it good,
then you'll have me
rushing to your bed
after...

I've helped tidalnymph a lot with her writing over the last year and the original post of this was even more broken than this version. (she originally posted: in every commaS, dotS and dashES? SYNTAX inconsistency people... Ohioans don't f*****g talk like that. Believe me, I know.) Her syntax is definitive because English is not her first language, which is obvious here even with the incomplete edit WE did on it. This was her most popular poem with over a thousand views in a short time. Samantha was a member of DUP for quite a while and was fully exposed to that poem for ages. Why didn't she ever mention that it was plagiarized from her? She saw it every time someone commented on it, someone from her own username commented on the poem, she had full access to it as a member for a month at the very least; why did she never speak up? She took the blatantly original opener for one of jestalessa's poems and used it as the opener of one of her newly written ones. When confronted she denied it until she was shown (publicly) the poem by jestalessa, then admitted she might have taken it. jesta actually told Samantha she could have the line and decided to rewrite her own poem altogether. Samantha was also confronted (even by PierreTheMad whom she did get some permissions from) several times for not giving credit on untouched lines and ideas she had taken repeatedly from other members of DU. Rant over. I hope there is some justice here.

@Jocelyn Delica do not message me on facebook the matter will be settled here why are you messaging me there anyway I will post your message here and if you want a reply I suggest you read this .....

Jocelyn Delica "Sam, i apologize for all the bad things I've said to you, I'm not at all like that I'm just so, so exhausted already. Please just take all the copies of the poem down, that's all I wanted and i'll forget everything".

MY REPLY... I would like to take MY POEM down but this has progressed to far if I take it down it will imply I stole it which I did not and your online friends will continue to harass me and say the same about all my work as they are doing now and why would you send me this message here when the matter is happening on wc sounds like your feeling guilty

Come on Virgin. Are you really this masochistic? Every newcomer to your work on this site will know you're a thief now. I and everyone else from DUP can confirm that the person calling themself the webmistress on here is indeed the webmistress. Everytime someone confronts you you either block them like a coward or come up with some new stupid lie that's knocked down in seconds.

@Shashibiya I agree with you and thanks for sharing that info

You should consider that DUP Webmistress could be pretending to be the webmistress, so what proof is their that she is indeed this person and not someone acting like her and if you had read all my reply's to the plagiarizer you would see that I had already explained that situation.

all this is is a matter of who you believe its a she said she said neither of us can prove to anyone online who wrote it and seeing how my page was deleted on DUP how can I prove my side of the story???

@ivizarx Yes I agree they are childish and I find when dealing with childish people I have to lower myself to their level so they will comprehend what I am saying. I want to thank you for considering both sides of the story the only proof I have that the poem is mine is on the sites where Ive posted them the word of my friends and family prove nothing really how would anyone know the validation of my/their claims when people online do know know them nor trust that they speak the truth. The only reason I have my work on other sites is to get it out in in the world and to have proof of their posting dates cause I did not want to loose my work again if a webmaster accidentally deleted the wrong folder I had to have a back up. I would take it down to stop all the harassment but what would that prove she would just keep it up she has gotten her online friends to make the same claim on all my work so to take one down would be pointless they would all have to come down to stop the harassment. I agree with your view of poetry, poetry means different things to different people I let my work speak to the readers however they feel it or preconceive it that's one beautiful thing about poetry its undefinable on so many levels so I dont put it in a confining box like some people. rebellefleur said that she has tried all that you suggested and NOTHING has been done my poem has not been removed which to some point should prove the poem is in fact mine. I have also contacted this site on the matter and have been waiting on a reply or some form of action. I would discard the poem but as I have said she would continue her harassment on my other works as she has had her online friends do. I am however considering a small rewrite. But watch what happens... and no you did not butt in lol

@rebellefleur more childish name calling are you still in high school? Than stop ranting and recurring your online friends to stick up for you I could do the same but really whats the point I got better things to do with my time. I have never explained my view of the poem or what it means to me cause why poetry means different things to different people I let my work speak to the readers however they feel it or preconceive it that's one beautiful thing about poetry its undefinable on so many levels so I dont put it in a confining box like you do. As Ive said Im thru talking to you why do you think I no longer read nor respond to your private messages that's why you have resorted to doing this ridiculousness in public

Plagiarism is a serious problem, one that should matter deeply to all of us, and I don’t believe it should be swept under the table because people are weary of the discussion. As writers, we are afforded instant copyright protection of our original works, whether noted or not, under the Berne Convention and the WIPO Internet Treaties, and any act of plagiarism is in direction violation of these international laws. Violators are also subject to civil court cases (yes, as impractical as that may be). Even more importantly, what of the moral implications? Plagiarism is thievery, pure and simple, of one’s intellectual property rights, an insidious practice spreading faster than ever via the Internet. If we don’t speak out against it, then we contribute to its persistence.

Face it, Ms. Campbell; you’ve been caught plagiarizing tidalnymph’s poem from DUP, along with the work of others, whether wholly or partially. There is the matter of the DUP Webmistress’ written statement of events. There is evidence in the links provided by other users. Take it down, already. Hasn’t your reputation suffered enough?

@Ivizarx-- Believe me, we've tried everything, completely everything, you suggested. Sigh...
