I feels as though it should be 'raging ripples'. Forgetting whatever the title should be, the words of the poem speak of a depth of emotion tied in with suffering. A good example of the mantra 'less is more'.

Short but sweet. Few can pull off writing such a short poem while still managing to capture the emotion contained in a longer one. You are able to do so, and it's a very rare gift. Keep at it!

My only suggestion, perhaps a synonym of through would work as well (because you have 'through' twice in the same spot in both stanzas). I don't know if you were going for timing or syllables or something along those lines, but if not perhaps 'throughout' or some other variation would work. Great work! :)
