I like how you work off of the 13theros, twist one it and make it your own... I would, though, change the order of the "by's" at the end to make clearer whose lines are whose...

make me think that poetry vibrates on a frequency only in-tuned to poets who have that extrasensory perception to perceive greater understanding and depth that exists in the great vast unknown that we poets ourselves barely grasp a fraction of an atom of thought
